Project Partners - Waveney District Council

Waveney District Council covers north-east Suffolk containing an approximate population of 113,000 and 55,000 households. It is one of seven district or borough councils in Suffolk and is composed of 48 councillors. Elections take place every year, for three years out of four, with one-third of the council elected each time. The council is currently under Conservative Party control and the leader of the council is Cllr Mark Bee.

WDC provide a range of services including refuse and recycling management, planning, benefits and the management of leisure facilities such as sports centres, markets and theatres.
